Yes. We understand that lighting is crucial. We can bring 6-8 samples to your home so you can see how the colours look in your kitchen's lighting . There is an RM100 refundable deposit (returned when you return the samples), and you can keep them for up to 1 week to decide.

Our primary installation team covers the entire Klang Valley and Selangor area. We do accept outstation projects (e.g., Seremban, Ipoh, Penang), but these will incur additional logistics and transportation charges. Please contact us for a specific quote based on your location.

We specialize exclusively in stone fabrication and installation. We do not build cabinets, but we work closely with many interior designers and carpenters. If you need a recommendation for a reliable carpenter, we are happy to share contacts of partners we trust.

Yes! No project is too small for us. However, for projects below a certain size (e.g., under 10, 20 or 30 sqft depending on stones), a minimum order charge applies to cover logistics, fabrication & installation costs.

We supply trusted brands including Dekton (by Cosentino), Caesarstone, Zenstone, Silestone, Moonstone and other premium manufacturers. Each brand has different price points, and we will help you choose based on your budget.

This confuses everyone, but they are completely different materials:

• Quartz (Engineered): Man-made, consistent patterns, non-porous, and never needs sealing. Great for zero maintenance .

• Quartzite (Natural): 100% natural stone. Unique patterns (every slab is different) and heat resistant, but porous so it requires periodic sealing.

For serious home cooks who use high heat regularly, we recommend Sintered Stone (Dekton). It can withstand temperatures up to 300°C without damage, so you can place your hot wok or pot directly on the surface.

Quartz is heat-resistant but not heat-proof. Sudden extreme heat (like a wok straight from the flame) can cause thermal shock and cracking. If you choose quartz, always use a trivet or silicone mat.

Natural Stone (Granite/Quartzite) handles heat well but requires sealing to prevent oil absorption from cooking splashes.

This depends on your stone type:

• Quartz & Sintered Stone: Non-porous surfaces. Turmeric, sambal, and curry will not permanently stain if wiped within a few hours. For dried spills, a paste of baking soda and water removes discolouration.
• Natural Stone (Marble, Quartzite): Porous surfaces. These can stain if spills are not cleaned immediately. We recommend sealing every 6-12 months if you cook frequently with turmeric-based dishes.

Tip: If you love cooking with strong spices but want zero worry, sintered stone or quartz is your best choice.

Yes, we do supply stone slabs for customers who have their own contractors. However, we highly recommend our installation service—improper installation can compromise safety and void warranties.

• Before Templating: You can change your mind freely about material or colour. No charges.

• After Templating: We have already ordered your specific slab. Changing material or colour at this stage may incur restocking fees. However, minor changes to edge profiles or cutouts are usually free.

Genuine slabs have a unique identification number and branding printed on the back. We also register your warranty directly with the manufacturer using this slab number.

With proper care, your stone countertop can last 20-30 years or more—often outlasting the kitchen cabinets themselves.

• Quartz: 10-25+ years. No fading if kept away from direct sunlight.
• Sintered Stone: 25+ years. Extremely durable with no degradation from UV, heat, or chemicals.
• Natural Stone: Generations (with proper sealing and maintenance).

Before. Your base cabinets must be fully installed, levelled, and permanently fixed in place before we come for the site measurement (templating). If the cabinets move even a few millimetres after we measure, the stone will not fit.

Yes, we can provide a "hacking and disposal" service for your old countertop. This is an additional service and is not included in the standard installation quote. Please let us know during the quotation stage so we can include the cost for the hacking work and lorry disposal.

Yes. Most management bodies require a renovation permit and a refundable deposit before they allow contractors to enter.

We specialise exclusively in stone fabrication and installation. We do not build cabinets. However, we work closely with many reliable carpenters and designers and are happy to share contacts of partners we trust.

Generally, we supply the stone surfacing only. You will need to purchase your own sink, tap, and hob. Important: You must have these items on-site during our measurement visit so we can ensure the cut-outs are perfectly sized.

Our team specializes in stone fabrication. We will mount the sink to the countertop, but we do not perform plumbing or electrical connections. You will need to arrange for a professional plumber to connect the waste/water pipes 24 hours after our installation (to allow the adhesives to cure).

Yes, we can drill extra holes for accessories. Important: You must have the actual accessory (or the technical template) on-site during our measurement visit. If we do not know the exact size of the hole required before we cut the stone at the factory, we cannot do it later.

We do most of the cutting at our factory to minimize mess. However, some minor trimming or sanding is sometimes required on-site to get a perfect fit. This can create fine dust. We recommend covering any open food, cutlery, or nearby furniture with plastic sheets before we arrive.

Stone slabs come in standard sizes (typically 10 feet). If your counter is longer than this, or L-shaped, we likely need a seam.

• Note for Condo Owners: Even if your counter is short, we may need a seam if the slab cannot fit inside your service lift.

• Visibility: On solid colours, seams are nearly invisible. On veined patterns, they are more noticeable, but we use advanced colour-matching adhesives to make them as discreet as possible (hairline width) .

Safety is our priority. We use industrial-grade adhesives designed for vertical stone application. For heavier pieces or exterior walls, we add mechanical fixings (metal brackets) to ensure the stone never detaches.

We do not recommend standard Quartz for exteriors as UV light can discolour the resin. For gates and facades, we recommend Sintered Stone (Dekton), which is UV-proof and weather-resistant.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Polished marble can be slippery when wet. For bathrooms or outdoor areas, we strongly recommend a "honed" or "matte" finish to provide better grip.

Typically 10-15% wastage. This is industry standard to account for cutting around corners, breakage, and ensuring grain matching for a beautiful finish.

• Quartz: Performs well indoors. However, do not use outdoors—UV exposure causes yellowing, and humidity won't affect it indoors.
• Sintered Stone: Ideal for Malaysian weather. UV-proof, humidity-proof, and won't grow algae or mould. Perfect for outdoor kitchens, balconies, and exterior cladding.
• Natural Stone: Porous varieties (marble, limestone) can absorb moisture and develop mould if not properly sealed. Granite performs better but still needs maintenance.

For outdoor applications or areas exposed to sunlight (like a kitchen window), sintered stone is the only material we recommend.

This is covered under our responsibility. If any damage occurs during fabrication, transport, or installation due to our handling:

• We will replace the damaged piece at no cost to you
• Your timeline may extend by a few days while we fabricate a replacement
• You will never pay for our mistakes
