Step 1: Preparation
Ensure the stone surface has been polished up to #3000 grit or a Buffing pad. The surface must be clean, dry, and free of dust or oil.
Shake the bottle well before opening. The active nano-particles settle at the bottom.
Step 2: Application
Pour a small amount (approx. 10-20ml per square meter) directly onto the center of the stone slab.
Tip: Do not flood the surface. A little goes a long way.
Step 3: Buffing (The Critical Step)
Use a variable speed grinder with a White Nylon Pad or Lambswool Bonnet.
Spread: Start at a Low Speed (600-900 RPM) to spread the liquid evenly over the area.
Burnish: Once spread, increase to High Speed (1500-2000 RPM). Apply downward pressure.
The Reaction: You need to generate HEAT. The friction heat helps the chemical penetrate the pores and harden into a glass-like shell. Keep buffing until the stone is completely dry and the liquid disappears.
Step 4: Inspection
Wipe off any dusty residue with a dry microfiber cloth.
Check the reflection. If you want a deeper "wet look," repeat Steps 2 & 3.
Do Not Use on Floors: This product creates a very smooth, slippery surface. Recommended for Countertops, Wall Cladding, and Table Tops only.
Not a Sealer: This is a surface enhancer.
Keep Dry: Do not wash the surface with water for at least 1 hour after application to allow the glaze to cure fully.
"If you have a dark Black Granite (like Shanxi Black) that looks slightly grey or cloudy after polishing, use this Glaze with a Black Buffing Pad. It will restore the deep black color and hide the grey haze immediately."
